My Loan Was Transferred to PHH Mortgage

If you received notice that your loan was transferred to PHH Mortgage, this section is for you. Here you can learn more about the transfer and what comes next for your loan. Welcome again to the PHH Mortgage family. We’re excited you’re here and we look forward to serving you.


Servicing Transfer Timeline
  • It can take up to a week after the servicing transfer date for online account registration and payment services to be available.
  • We will send a welcome package which will include helpful information including your PHH loan number.
  • We will reach out to you with informational emails providing important details regarding the transfer.

Shortly after this, you will receive the First Billing Statement.

We understand the timing of transfers can overlap with your payment due date. It’s PHH's current policy to not assess late charges or submit negative credit reporting during the first 60-day period following the transfer date.
