We understand the timing of transfers can overlap with your payment due date. It’s PHH's current policy to not assess late charges or submit negative credit reporting during the first 60-day period following the transfer date.
Due to hurricane Ida, the United States Postal Service is experiencing disruptions which is causing mailing delays in impacted areas. If you have sent your mortgage payment via mail to PHH or your prior servicer, the application
of that payment may be delayed. Not to worry, a payment received during the first 60 days of the transfer will not be treated as late and a late fee will not be assessed to the account.
