Florida Homeowners
Non-Renewal of Homeowners Insurance
Certain insurance companies have announced that they will cease accepting new applications for property and casualty insurance in Florida and they will not renew existing policies in Florida. This includes homeowners (including condo master policies and HO6 policies), automobile and umbrella policies.
 
If this impacts you, your insurance carrier will let you know when coverage will end and provide options for replacement coverage. If you have questions about your policy, reach out to your insurance agent or the company directly.

Citizens Property Insurance
For customers with insurance through Citizens Property Insurance, there are new flood insurance requirements for certain policy holders. If this applies to you, please contact your agent or Citizens directly.

California Homeowners
