You can review the information below in order to set up your web account, contact us or get payment or other information.

Ways to Pay

1. By mail – use the coupon provided at closing or note your account number on the check

2. Autopay - enrollment in monthly direct debit program

Sign up online or by using the form provided at closing. Onity offers automatic monthly payment withdrawals from a designated bank account. You may need to make the first payment by mail or through our website using the one-time payment option until the autopay is activated

3. Use online bill pay services offered through your financial institution

Note: Online one-time payment fees are initially complimentary for new customers but may apply in the future – sign up for paperless to avoid fees & to receive your statement online. There are no fees for Autopay enrollment.
