Escrow Analysis

Learn what an escrow analysis is and when to expect your statement.

What’s an escrow analysis?  An escrow analysis is a review of your escrow account activities over the past 12 months and includes projections for the next 12 months. Because things can change like property taxes and insurance premiums, we review your  account to stay on top of any changes to make sure there’s enough money to cover your property and insurance expenses.  When the review is done, you’ll get a statement.

What’s an escrow analysis statement?  An escrow analysis statement is a summary of the escrow analysis performed on your account.  It provides details of your account’s activities over the past 12 months and projections for the next 12 months.  This statement lets you know:
  • When and where we disbursed money to pay your expenses
  • What your escrow account balance is
  • How much your account will need for the next 12 months
  • What to do next if anything

When do I get my escrow analysis statement? Escrow analysis statements are sent in the same month each year based on the state where your property is located. Please note that we may send an additional analysis in certain situations such as significant tax or insurance payment changes or escrow account status changes. Please note that we also send an escrow analysis on the first anniversary date of the mortgage.
