We understand the timing of transfers can overlap with your payment due date. It’s PHH's current policy to not assess late charges or submit negative credit reporting during the first 60-day period following the transfer date.
Important First Billing Statement Information
The first billing statement received from PHH may show two payments due for March & April if the monthly payment for March hasn’t been made, or March’s payment was made but not processed before the first billing statement was generated.
If March’s monthly payment was already made, not to worry. Payment processing times take a little longer than normal due to the transfer process with your prior servicer. We’ll make sure the current month’s payment gets processed
as quickly as possible. Late fees will not be assessed, and your credit is not impacted negatively. Check out ways to pay your mortgage or register
