The transfer timing may overlap with your payment due date. But don’t worry, we won’t charge late fees or submit negative credit reporting during the first 60 days following the transfer date.

Important First Billing Statement Information — The first billing statement may show two payments due for December and January. This can happen if the monthly payment for December hasn't been made or was made but not processed before the
first billing statement was generated.
If you already made December's payment to your prior servicer, don't worry — they'll forward it to us. We won't charge late fees or submit negative credit reporting during the first 60 days following the transfer date.
