The transfer timing may overlap with your payment due date. But don’t worry, we won’t charge late fees or submit negative credit reporting during the first 60 days following the transfer date.
Important First Billing Statement Information — The first billing statement may show two payments due for November and December. This can happen if the monthly payment for November hasn't been made or was made but not processed before the
first billing statement was generated.
If you already made November's payment to Academy Mortgage Corporation, don't worry — they'll forward it to us. We won't charge late fees or submit negative credit reporting during the first 60 days following the transfer date.
